Catherine Henderson is an Assistant Professorial Research Fellow at the Care Policy and Evaluation Centre, London School of Economics and Political Science. She has a BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Finance from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics. She was awarded a PhD in 2018 for her doctoral work on the cost-effectiveness of telehealth and telecare in England. She has worked on a number of multi-site economic evaluations, including evaluations of psychosocial interventions for people with dementia and their carers and also telecare and telehealth, in the UK and in other European countries. Her research interests include the resource use and costs of people with dementia, the role of assistive technologies in managing long-term health and social care needs, integrated care and intermediate care.
