Marco Clari is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Nursing at the Department of Public Health and Pediatrics of the University of Turin, Italy. He is a Registered Nurse, and he has been working as a clinical nurse for over 10 years in a medical ward. He earned his Doctorate in Nursing Science in 2018 jointly supervised by University of Rome Tor Vergata and Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome. Marco’s primary research area is long-term conditions care. He has multiple publications, including papers reflecting his work on different long-term conditions, especially on the self-care of people with COPD. He published in national and international impacted journals and is a reviewer of several international journals. He has lectured widely on topics that include nursing for long-term conditions and research methodology at the University of Turin as well as at the University of Eastern Piedmont. Marco is a member of the Italian Society of Nursing Science (SISI). He is also a member and part of the Scientific Committee of European Academy of Nursing Science (EANS). Lastly, he is secretary of the European Respiratory Society (ERS) for the nurse group.
