Hana is a geriatrician, combining clinical work with educational activities and research. She cooperates with the Center for Palliative Care in Prague.  Hana is a Board member of European Geriatric Medicine Society (EuGMS) and Board member of the Czech Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics. She is Assistant Professor of geriatrics at the Third Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. She was the member of the EU-COST action on Pain and Impaired Cognition.  Her research is focused on Alzheimer´s  disease, frailty, pain and depression in various geriatric populations.
